Mounted Signage Large Format

Large format signage printed on a 65" press. Signage was printed 4 color process plus an over all aqueous coating. Stock was 80# C1S litho label mounted to B-flute corrugate. Overall dimension was 24" X 62" and 1200 were produced, kit packed and drop shipped. All manufacturing operations were performed at Meyers.

3-D Signage Large Format

Die cut signage produced with 3-D lug-ons. Components consisted of 80# litho label mounted to corrugate. All printing, mounting and die cutting was done at Meyers. Signs were printed 4 color process plus an overall aqueous coating. 5,000 were packed in individual kits and drop shipped to locations across the United States.

Plastic Signage Standard Format

This 4-panel sign was printed 4-color process with lightfast inks enabling it to be placed in a window where it would be exposed to direct sunlight over an extended period of time without having it's colors fade. The piece was finished with a gloss UV coating. 15 mil. white styrene stock was used and this standard format sign was printed on a 40" press. 2-sided tape was applied to the unprinted side of all 4 panels for hanging purposes and the finished pieces were bulk packed and shipped. All manufacturing operations were performed at Meyers.

Floorgraphic Standard Format

This floor graphic featured an unusual shape. They were printed on a 40" UV litho press, which saved thousands of dollars and improved the quality of the graphics when compared to traditional screen-printing. 12,000 were manufactured and drop shipped from Minneapolis. Final trim was irregular at 24" X 21".

Paper and Board Standard Format

500 each of 8 different versions of these signs were printed 4-color process plus 1 PMS color and a gloss UV coating on white productolith gloss cover stock using a 40" press. The signs were trimmed to their final size of 24" x 30", kit packed along with signage from multiple jobs, and dropped shipped to locations across the country.

2,670 total of 8 similar versions of this sign were printed 4-color process plus an overall satin aqueous coating on 24 pt. C1S board using a 65" large format press. The printed signs were trimmed to 54" x 22.5", kit packed, and dropped shipped. All production and shipping operations were performed at Meyers.

Plastic Signage Large Format

This 15 mil. Opaque styrene window sign was printed UV 4-color process with lightfast inks plus a gloss UV coating on four forms. Each form had multiple pieces of 2-sided tape applied to the unprinted side by our taping machine prior to diecutting and kit packing.

Translite and Backlit Signage Large Format

Each of this Backlit display's 3 panels were printed on 20 mil. white double opaque styrene. They were printed 4-color process using UV inks plus a high gloss UV coating on a 65" large format press. Holes for assembly of the display were created using a die cutter before the pieces were trimmed to 24" x 51" and kit packed along with the necessary hardware and a detailed instruction sheet to explain the assembly process. Final kits were drop shipped by Meyers to their in-store locations.

Static Cling Signage Standard Format

These 8.25" x 5.5" clings were printed 4-color process on a white static cling substrate using synthetic inks that are specially designed for printing on Cling. After being trimmed to their final size these clings were shrink wrapped in 25's and bulk carton packed for shipment.

This large format static cling was printed 4-color process with lightfast inks on 7.5 mil. white VCSW. Each piece was trimmed to 34.5" x 48", skid packed, and shipped bulk.

3-D Signage Large Format

Signage produced on 65" press and configured to print on foil board and plastic materials. In this example the foil board was printed 4-color process over a base coat of opaque white. The foil board was silver and snowflakes were also die cut from the blank silver foil in keeping with the holiday season. 900 kits were produced and shipped individually along with all of the necessary assembly and installation hardware plus a detailed instruction sheet, which explained the assembly process.

Manufacturing floor graphics in large format on a litho press is a unique capability. Not only does the process save money over more traditional manufacturing methods but the quality of the graphics is improved as well. Approximate size is 46" x 26". 5300 were produced in 4-color process.

Lenticular Standard Format

Lenticular printing is another specialty at Meyers. These lenticular signs for Geoffrey Beene were printed 4-color process plus two hits of white. They were then mounted to foam core and became a component of a larger display. In all, 4500 signs were produced. This was produced as a three-phase flip and all of the pre-press and interlacing as well as the printing was done at Meyers. The final size of this sign was 21" X 14."

Lenticular Large Format

Lenticular signage is produced offset in sizes up to 47" x 65" at Meyers. Our large format UV press produces an extremely high quality lenticular at a very low cost. At times the cost saving at Meyers alone makes the campaign affordable. Lenticular signage is printed directly on the lens.
